Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation or renting a vehicle from Drive Co Exotics (Drive Colorado Exotic Rentals LLC), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum age: 21 years old with a valid, unexpired government-issued driver's license.
• Digital licenses, photocopies, and learner's permits are not accepted.
• International renters must also present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original
home-country license.
• All renters and authorized drivers are subject to a motor vehicle record (MVR) check. We reserve the right to deny rental based on driving history (DUI, suspended license, 2+ at-fault accidents, or 3+ moving violations in the past 5 years).
• Ages 21–25: A non-refundable young driver surcharge of $250 applies in addition to all other fees.
• Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers: $500 fine per person and immediate termination of rental without refund.
2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount is disclosed at the time of reservation and is applied toward your total rental cost. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (amount based on vehicle value, disclosed at booking) is required by credit card at checkout. It will be returned within 5 business days after the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition with no outstanding charges.
Cancellation Policy: processing fee.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time: Reservation deposit refunded minus a $25
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time: Reservation deposit is forfeited in full.
• No-shows: Treated as a same-day cancellation. Deposit forfeited in full. Rescheduling: Free if done at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours: $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
3. FUEL POLICY

• All vehicles require 91 or 93 octane premium fuel only. You must provide a receipt confirming premium fuel at

• If returned with less than a full tank: $10/gallon refueling fee + $100 service fee.
• Any mechanical damage caused by using incorrect fuel is 100% the renter's financial responsibility.
4. CLEANING POLICY
Vehicles must be returned clean, undamaged, and odor-free. Additional cleaning fees ($150 minimum, up to $500+) apply
for:
• Stains, spills, or trash inside the vehicle
• Smoke, vaping, marijuana, or tobacco odors
• Vomit or biological material requiring professional detailing
• Excessive dirt or mud requiring detailing beyond standard cleaning
Strictly prohibited: smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and animals inside the vehicle. Violation fine: $500 in
addition to any cleaning fees.
5. RETURN POLICY & LATE RETURNS
• A vehicle condition walk-around is conducted with you at both checkout and return. Any damage not documented at
checkout is the renter's responsibility.
• A 30-minute grace period is allowed beyond the scheduled return time.
• Late returns: $75 per 30 minutes after the grace period, up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, full daily rental rate applies.
• Vehicle returns after 9:00 PM: $150 late-night return fee (unless arranged in writing in advance).
6. INSURANCE
All drivers must carry active personal auto insurance meeting Colorado minimum requirements ($25,000/$50,000 bodily injury, $15,000 property damage) that can cover the full replacement value of the rented vehicle. Drive Co Exotics does not offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). You are strongly advised to verify with your insurance provider that your policy covers high-value exotic vehicles before your rental. If insurance denies or limits coverage, you are personally liable for the remaining balance.
You may also wish to check whether your credit card provides rental vehicle coverage for exotic cars.
7. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
The renter is 100% financially responsible for all damage incurred during the rental period. Standard charges include:
• Bumper or side skirt damage – Third-party body shop estimate
• Burnout – $1,000 fine
• Lost or damaged keys – $2,000
• Curb rash / damaged wheel – $500
• Door dings or dents – $200+ (full body shop estimate if paint required)
• Glass or windshield cracks – $250
• Towing and recovery – Actual cost
• Administrative fee per damage incident – $150
In addition to repair costs, the renter may be liable for Loss of Use (revenue lost while vehicle is being repaired) and Diminished Value (reduction in vehicle market value after damage).
8. RESTRICTED USE OF VEHICLES
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
• Race tracks, drag strips, drifting, stunts, or burnouts – $2,000 fine
• Out-of-state travel without prior written consent – $1,000 fine
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substance
• Subleasing or use on rideshare platforms (Turo, Uber, Lyft, etc.)
• Towing, off-road use, or driving on unpaved/dirt roads
• Teaching someone to drive
• Transporting animals
• Tampering with or disabling GPS or tracking equipment
• Aggressive driving (full-throttle acceleration, sustained high RPM, repeated hard braking)
Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and full financial liability.
9. MILEAGE POLICY
All rentals include a pre-agreed mileage limit (50, 75, or 125 miles, or custom).
• Excess mileage fee: $5 per mile over the agreed limit.
• Odometer readings are recorded at checkout and return by a company representative.
10. SPEEDING POLICY
All vehicles are equipped with GPS and speed monitoring. Exceeding 100 mph results in a $250 fine per occurrence. Excessive speeding may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and full forfeiture of all deposits.
11. TOLLS, FINES & TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
The renter is solely responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, traffic citations, and any other fines incurred during the rental period. The company may pay such charges on your behalf and charge your card plus a $15–$25 processing fee per occurrence. Charges may be applied after the rental period ends.
12. VEHICLE TRACKING & MONITORING
By renting with us, you consent to GPS tracking, speed monitoring, driving behavior data logging, and dash camera recording (video and audio) during the rental period. Colorado is a one-party consent state. Data is used solely for Agreement enforcement, damage assessment, and legal compliance. We do not sell your precise geolocation data to third parties. Tampering with GPS: $1,000 fine. Tampering with dash cameras: $250 fine. Both result in immediate rental termination.
13. DELIVERY & PICK-UP CHARGES
• Delivery fee: $5 per mile from our location, minimum $50.
• Pick-up fee: Same rate as delivery.
• After-hours service (before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM): Additional $250 fee.
14. ACCIDENT & INCIDENT REPORTING
In the event of any accident, theft, or incident: ensure safety first, contact emergency services (911) if needed, and notify Drive Co Exotics immediately and no later than 24 hours after the incident. Do not admit fault, authorize repairs, or allow towing without our prior consent. Failure to report may result in full financial liability.
15. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
In case of breakdown, flat tire, lockout, or mechanical failure — contact us immediately at our emergency number. Do not authorize third-party repairs or towing without our prior consent. If a breakdown is not caused by the renter, we will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle at no charge.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Denver, Colorado. Class action claims are waived.
